The electoral arena in Baramati Lok Sabha seat has transformed into a familial battleground as Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) candidate Supriya Sule braces herself against a formidable opponent her sister-in-law Sunetra Pawar.
With campaigning reaching its crescendo, Sule exudes confidence banking on her track record of development and parliamentary performance.
Sule, the incumbent MP and daughter of NCP stalwart Sharad Pawar, radiates assurance in her bid for re-election, emphasizing her past contributions to the development of western Maharashtra.
"Voters of Baramati will choose based on merit, performance, and development," she asserts, addressing the electorate's criteria for casting their ballots.
As Sule campaigns the Purandar assembly, she immerses herself in grassroots engagement visiting villages, temples, and participating in padyatras, connecting intimately with constituents.
Amidst rituals and warm receptions from supporters, Sule pauses to address pressing questions.
"I come here to Jejuri six times a year, and people here are like my extended family," Sule said underlining her deep-rooted ties with the region.
