Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has concluded filming for the highly anticipated Tamil movie "Vettaiyan," featuring superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role.
Directed by TJ Gnanavel, known for the critically acclaimed "Jai Bhim," and produced by Lyca Productions, "Vettaiyan" has been a project of immense excitement among fans.
Bachchan, who previously shared the screen with Rajinikanth in the 1991 hit "Hum," revealed the news of completing his part in the film via his personal blog.
Reflecting on his experience, the 81-year-old actor expressed his usual perfectionist attitude, pondering over the satisfaction of his work and the possibility of improvement.
He wrote, "Another day at work comes to an end and the end too of this project, for me... But ever the dissatisfaction of a doubt when in reflection, whether the work done was to satisfaction and whether there shall be an opportunity to have another try to redo and maybe improve the previous."
"Vettaiyan," touted as an entertaining film with a meaningful message, marks Rajinikanth's 170th feature film. Alongside Bachchan and Rajinikanth, the movie features a stellar cast including Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Ritika Singh, Manju Warrier, and Dushara Vijayan in pivotal roles.
The musical score for "Vettaiyan" will be composed by the talented Anirudh Ravichander. A Subaskaran of Lyca Productions is producing the film, promising an exceptional cinematic experience for audiences eagerly awaiting its release.
