Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar has announced the schedule for upcoming elections in Haryana and Jammu &amp; Kashmir.

The Haryana assembly elections will be held in a single phase on October 1, with results expected on October 4. For Jammu &amp; Kashmir, the elections will be conducted in three phases: September 18, September 25, and October 1. The counting of votes in J&amp;K will also take place on October 4.

These elections mark a significant step in the democratic process for both regions.
