The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is leading in all 29 Lok Sabha constituencies in Madhya Pradesh, according to the latest trends from the ongoing vote counting on Tuesday.
Among the prominent BJP candidates showing significant leads are Jyotiraditya Scindia in Guna, Shivraj Singh Chouhan in Vidisha, Faggan Singh Kulaste in Mandla, Shankar Lalwani in Indore, VD Sharma in Khajuraho, Sandhya Rai in Bhind, Lata Wankhede in Sagar, Virendra Kumar in Tikamgarh, Alok Sharma in Bhopal, and Rodmal Nagar in Rajgarh.
In Indore, Shankar Lalwani is leading by a substantial margin of 2,88,639 votes over his closest competitor. Notably, the NOTA (None Of the Above) option has received 46,322 votes. The Congress was effectively out of the race in Indore after its candidate Akshay Kanti Bam withdrew his nomination at the last moment.
In Vidisha, former Chief Minister and BJP candidate Shivraj Singh Chouhan holds a lead of 1,71,661 votes over his nearest rival.
Congress veteran Digvijaya Singh is trailing in Rajgarh, where Rodmal Nagar is ahead by 21,044 votes, as per the latest official figures.
In Chhindwara, Congress's sitting MP Nakul Nath is trailing behind BJP's Vivek Bunty Sahu, who leads by 14,046 votes.
Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia is leading in Guna by 1,59,229 votes over his closest rival.
In Mandla, Union Minister Faggan Singh Kulaste leads by 31,706 votes.
State BJP President VD Sharma is ahead in Khajuraho with a margin of 2,03,484 votes over his nearest competitor.
In Ratlam, former Union Minister and Congress candidate Kantilal Bhuria is trailing by 87,938 votes.
The trends indicate a strong performance by the BJP across Madhya Pradesh as the vote counting progresses.
