The makers of the horror comedy Munjya announced on Monday that the film had earned Rs 55.75 crore in the 10 days following its release.

 

The latest addition to Maddock Films' horror comedy universe, "Munjya," narrates the tale of the titular mythical creature originating from Marathi folklore.

 

Aditya Sarpotdar helmed the film, produced by Maddock Films, which premiered on June 7. The movie features Abhay Verma, Sharvari, and Mona Singh.

 

According to a post by the production banner on X, "Munjya" grossed Rs 47 crore net within nine days of its domestic release. On the 10th day, it accumulated an additional Rs 8.75 crore net, bringing the total to Rs 55.75 crore.
