'Akhand Bharat' Dream Possible With Modi and Yogi Leadership Says Maulana Shahabuddin.

In a recent statement, Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi Barelvi, the National President of the All India Muslim Jamaat (AIMJ), expressed a bold vision for the future of India, highlighting the potential of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to realise the dream of 'Akhand Bharat.'

Speaking to media, Maulana Shahabuddin emphasised the leadership qualities of both Modi and Adityanath, suggesting that their combined efforts could lead to the fulfilment of this ambitious vision.

The term 'Akhand Bharat' refers to the idea of a united India that includes not only the present-day territories but also regions that were historically part of India, such as Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh. Maulana Shahabuddin pointed out that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is currently in power at the national level, with Modi guiding the country's governance from Delhi while Adityanath is earning recognition for his effective governance in Uttar Pradesh.

He highlighted that these two leaders possess the potential to embark on a journey toward this goal and urged them to take decisive action in that direction.

His comments come in light of Adityanath's recent statements during a rally in Jammu and Kashmir, where the Chief Minister discussed the situation regarding Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (POK).

Adityanath remarked that POK is expressing desires for independence from Pakistan and suggested that it could soon become part of India if the BJP retains power.

Maulana Shahabuddin fully supported Yogi Adityanath's assertions, stating that his remarks reflect a broader understanding that India is not complete without regions like Sindh.

He referred to Adityanath's visit to Jammu and Kashmir during the election season, where the Chief Minister made a strong case for the inclusion of Sindh as part of India.

He recalled the historical context, noting that Sindh was once an integral part of India before the partition in 1947, which led to its incorporation into Pakistan.

The AIMJ leader's vision extends beyond just Sindh. He advocates for a unified India that encompasses not only Pakistan but also Afghanistan and Bangladesh, emphasising that these regions were once part of India and could be integrated once more. This perspective aligns with the aspirations of some nationalist groups in India who believe in the restoration of historical boundaries.

Yogi Adityanath, in his campaign speeches, has painted a picture of a peaceful and celebratory electoral process in Jammu and Kashmir, attributing this positive environment to the current government's efforts.

He characterised Pakistan as a persistent threat to humanity, labelling it a "cancer" that needs to be addressed. His strong rhetoric resonates with a segment of the electorate that seeks a more assertive stance against perceived external threats.

As the elections in Jammu and Kashmir unfold, these discussions about territorial integrity and the concept of 'Akhand Bharat' are likely to gain traction. The sentiments expressed by both Maulana Shahabuddin and Chief Minister Adityanath reflect a blend of political ambition and historical narrative, appealing to a sense of national pride among voters.

Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi’s remarks highlight a significant moment in Indian politics, where discussions around national identity, territorial claims, and leadership converge.

With elections approaching, the rhetoric surrounding 'Akhand Bharat' and the role of key political figures will undoubtedly influence the campaign landscape.
