INDI Alliance against development of poor, tribals and deprived : PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today accused the INDI Alliance of being anti-development and anti-poor. He said INDI Alliance uses poor, tribals and people from deprived sections of society only as vote banks and eats up the funds meant for the benefit of the underprivileged.

Addressing a mammoth gathering organised at Dhanbad in Jharkhand the PM said that the coalition government of Jharkhand is creating obstacles in the plans of the Central Government.

He said that Dhanbad and the surrounding areas belong to entrepreneurs and workers. “Whatever Modi plans for you, the INDI Alliance members oppose him and create obstacles in that. During the Corona period, we started the free ration scheme which was opposed. The INDI Alliance wants to shut it down. Should the stove in a poor person's house keep burning? Should a poor child sleep only after filling his stomach? Should Modi serve the poor?,” he asked the people.

Modi said that the members of the INDI Alliance apply pressure. “No matter how much pressure is applied, Modi is not going to bow down. Not going to go away. The free ration scheme will continue so that the stove in the homes of the poor continues to burn,” he said.

Attacking the Congress-JMM alliance in Jharkhand Modi said that ever since the dynastic, corrupt and appeasement-oriented government of JMM and Congress has been formed here, the steps towards development have become very slow.

“Extortion is increasing here Bangladeshi infiltration is increasing here. JMM, Congress leaders have only one job left to fill their coffers. These people have looted the people of Jharkhand. Have you seen how bundles of notes are coming out here by looting your hard-earned money and mountains of benami properties created by these people? I have never seen the mountains of notes with my own eyes. I saw it on TV for the first time,” said the PM.

“This is the money of the poor tribals of Jharkhand, it is your money, it was money for the future of your children and it has been looted.  Will you forgive such people, will you allow such dishonesty to continue in Jharkhand? Do you agree that action should be taken against such corrupt people or not? Should their life not be spent in jail? They are looting the public, tell me you want them to be punished or not? This is Modi's guarantee that they will be punished,” said Modi.

“When Modi takes action against such corrupt people, then these people give various excuses. These people are running away from the investigation because they know their business. JMM and Congress have considered tribals only as vote banks. There are so many tribals in Jharkhand. There are families, there are so many talented youths, but these people will never take them forward, they could not do it because they think about their own families whereas whatever Modi is doing it for your future. He is doing it for the future of your children,” said the PM.

“You tell me whether the people who run JMM are from the same family or not, whether they are concerned about the welfare of their children or the welfare of your children. Are they concerned about their children or the welfare of your children? But for Modi, you are my family. I think for the future of your children,” he said.

Modi further said that the coalition government in Jharkhand is anti-development, and anti-people. “These people have no reason other than to have fun in the government by snatching away the rights of the people. Your rights are given to you directly. If there is free treatment under Aasman Bharat, the money goes directly to the hospital. PM Kisan Samman Nidhi goes directly into the bank accounts of my farmers. There is no mischief, no cut is taken by the company, there is no one who eats the cream,” he added.

Modi said that the opposition abuses him but not even a single abuse comes to him because the wall of people’s blessings is so strong that it does not allow even a single abuse to reach him.

“I have faith in the people of this country; I have faith in the poor farmers of the villages, their mothers and sisters. The more abuses we take, the more lotuses will bloom,” said Modi.
