Tourists visiting the Satpura Tiger Reserve in Madhya Pradesh had an unforgettable experience during a jungle safari in the Madhai area when they witnessed a tiger family basking in the early morning sunlight.

The rare sighting occurred at around 5:00 am on Monday when a tigress and her four cubs were seen sitting in the middle of the road. The family appeared relaxed and undisturbed by the surrounding tourist jeeps, which maintained a safe distance.

A video capturing the moment showed the majestic animals as thrilled tourists observed the scene in awe. One of the visitors was heard exclaiming in Hindi, “What could possibly be a better sighting than this?”

The tiger family stayed on the road for approximately 15 minutes before disappearing into the forest. This remarkable event marks the first time in the history of the Satpura Tiger Reserve that five tigers have been seen together during a safari.
