Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today attacked the Hemant Soren-led government in Jharkhand and said that the government protecting infiltrators is an enemy of the tribal women of the State.
Addressing the ‘Parivartan Sabha’ organized at Kundhit in Jamtara district of Jharkhand Dhami said that the JMM- RJD and Congress government in Jharkhand is involved in appeasement, nepotism and corruption.
He said that the ruling coalition is conspiring to tamper with the demography of Jharkhand. “Infiltrators are conspiring to destroy the land of tribals, their daughters and their means of livelihood. Tribal daughters are being treated unfairly. This government is playing with the tribal society by hatching conspiracies,” said Dhami.
The Uttarakhand CM said that earlier the population of tribals in the Santhal region was 44 per cent, which has now come down to 28 per cent. As many as 37 tribal sisters were raped, and this government has committed serious atrocities against them.
He said "Tribal youth have also been cheated. One after another examinations have been leaked in Jharkhand, which has caused the most loss to the poor youth. The copy mafia and paper leakers are engaged in looting the rights of the people with the connivance of the government."
Dhami lashed out at the JMM govt, saying that "the corrupt government distributes papers by taking money and snatching the rights of the poor. The CM of the government has come after staying in jail and is still on bail. All these vacancies will be filled when the BJP government comes."
Attacking the Congress Dhami said that Congress has ruled the country for a long time. In 60 years, Congress has only worked to fill its coffers and give birth to corruption.
He alleged that the JMM led government in Jharkhand is conspiring to stop the Durga Puja pandals from being set up in Ranchi. Therefore, it is necessary to change such a government. Change is necessary in Jharkhand. This government that gives protection to infiltrators has to be uprooted in the coming time.
Dhami further said that a government that thinks about the development of Jharkhand has to be brought. The double-engine government will work to take Jharkhand forward. Wherever there is a double-engine government, development is happening rapidly.
