Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, in a bold interview with Joe Rogan, shared his new vision for corporate culture, which he calls “Zuck 3.0.” In the interview, Zuckerberg argued that workplaces should embrace "masculine energy," which he feels has been overlooked in recent years.
He believes that successful workplaces need a mix of masculine and feminine energies but feels that the balance has tipped too far toward neutrality.
Zuckerberg explained that his views are influenced by his experience with mixed martial arts, which he described as having a "much more masculine culture." His comments come at a time when Meta is making significant changes in its approach to diversity and inclusion.
Meta recently announced it would scale back its diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, saying that the term "DEI" has become controversial and can be seen as favoring certain groups.
This shift means Meta will reduce its diversity training programmes and targeted hiring efforts, which may result in less inclusive workplaces.

Along with this, Meta also relaxed its content moderation policies, allowing more criticism of immigrants, transgender, and non-binary people. The company also stopped fact-checking posts in the U.S., raising concerns about the spread of misinformation.
Zuckerberg's comments and Meta's policy changes have led some to question the company's political stance.
He criticised the Biden administration for allegedly pressuring Meta to censor content but praised former President Donald Trump's focus on “making America win.”

These actions have sparked discussions about whether Meta is aligning with conservative values.
Despite advocating for masculine traits like aggression in the workplace, Zuckerberg stressed the importance of providing opportunities for women and people from diverse backgrounds.
He said, “You want women to succeed and companies to unlock the value of great people no matter their background.”
However, Meta’s recent policy changes suggest a shift away from these ideals, leaving many to wonder how these changes will affect the company's commitment to inclusivity and balance.
