Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in an address in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, today, rallied citizens to exercise their democratic right in the ongoing third phase of voting across the nation.
With an impassioned plea, he underscored the pivotal role each vote plays in sculpting India's destiny and implored voters to turn out in large numbers.
"I am here today to seek blessings for India's development," declared PM Modi, reiterating his vision of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas'
He said, "Your hard work, your sweat, in villages and cities, amplifies the nation's energy. And when it converges with the power of your vote, transformation ensues."
PM Modi delineated the profound impact of a solitary vote, citing instances where individual choices catalyzed monumental shifts, "Your one vote propelled India to the fifth-largest economic power, dismantled Article 370 after seven decades, and championed the cause of tribal representation," he said.
PM Modi envisioned the potential for India to ascend to the ranks of the world's leading economies with the collective might of voters.
"Your one vote in this election will elevate India to the third-largest economy, augment earnings, bolster youth employment, and fortify the nation," Modi proclaimed.
Drawing a sharp dichotomy between the BJP's development-centric agenda and the purported divisive politics of the opposition, PM Modi cautioned against the perils of electoral polarization.
He singled out the BJP's commitment to national interests juxtaposed against the opposition's alleged prioritization of self-preservation and divisive tactics.
In a scathing critique of the Congress and its allies, PM Modi criticised their perceived indifference to national welfare and their purportedly divisive rhetoric concerning Pakistan.
"Their post-voting statements betray a concerning affinity towards Pakistan, at the expense of our nation's faith and welfare," he said.
"Our tribal heritage, culture, and freedom find staunch guardians in the BJP," he pointed, citing endeavors to commemorate tribal freedom fighters and advance educational opportunities.
