Under the themes of Combating Fraud and Financial Inclusion for the Differently-abled, HaRBInger 2024 challenges participants to address key issues such as real-time fraud detection, transaction anonymity, mule account identification, and aiding the visually impaired in financial transactions.

Participants from diverse backgrounds and geographies are invited to showcase their skills and compete for substantial prizes, including INR 40,00,000 (~USD 48,000) for winners in each problem statement category and a special INR 20,00,000 (~USD 24,000) prize for the best all-woman team.
Registration for HaRBInger 2024 commenced on June 7, 2024, and will proceed through four phases on the APIX Platform: entry screening, solution shortlisting, development with mentoring, and final winner selection.
