Tech mogul Elon Musk issued a call on Saturday for young, talented individuals to join his artificial intelligence venture, xAI, across various disciplines.
Musk's company, xAI, is actively seeking engineers, designers, and professionals for roles spanning product development, data analysis, and infrastructure.
"Join xAI," Musk posted on his social media platform, extending the invitation to potential candidates.
The company, which recently introduced an AI chatbot named 'Grok,' is also in the process of recruiting AI tutors.
"We are a team of AI researchers and engineers dedicated to crafting AI systems that enhance humanity's understanding of the world," the company stated.
xAI, headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area and Palo Alto in the US, as well as in London, is open to exceptional candidates for both in-person and remote work opportunities.
In addition to competitive compensation packages including cash and equity, the company offers comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as unlimited paid time off, subject to approval, and visa sponsorship for new hires.
Reports suggest that Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, aims to secure $3–$4 billion in funding for xAI within the next 2-3 weeks.
Established in 2023, xAI unveiled its inaugural AI product in November of the previous year.
Meanwhile, Musk has hinted at the development of 'Grok 2,' the successor to the AI chatbot, expressing confidence that it will surpass all expectations upon its release.
