Reacting to the development, senior partner, forensic advisory, at Nangia & Co LLP, Srinivasa Rao, said the selection reflects the firm’s expertise in forensic services and its commitment to supporting transparency and investor protection in the country.
Rao said, “We are immensely proud to be empanelled by SEBI. This is a testament to our team’s deep expertise and unwavering dedication to forensic excellence.”
This empanelment reinforces our position as a trusted partner in safeguarding investor interests and promoting transparency within the financial ecosystem,” he said.
These companies will now provide services to the market regulator in a bid to check and audit the financial records of listed companies.
