News Arena Network - Mumbai - UPDATED: August 7, 2025, 05:25 PM - 2 min read

In the first quarter of this fiscal, the company said its revenues surged 81 per cent to ₹1,660 crore from ₹916 crore in the same period a year ago

Mumbai-based Transrail Lighting recorded a net profit of ₹106 crore in the June quarter of FY26, the company said in a statement on Wednesday.

The company attributed the profit rise to higher revenues in its core business segment of transmission and distribution (T&D).

"We have started the financial year on a strong note, delivering robust growth in revenue, profitability and order intake. Our consistent order inflow led by the core T&D segment has further strengthened our order book which coupled with our sharp focus on execution, reinforces our confidence in sustaining this momentum in the quarters ahead," said Randeep Narang, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Transrail.

As of June, the company's un-executed order book (UEOB) stood at ₹14,654 crore.
