The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has revealed six more candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh.
According to the announcement, Saurabh Mishra will represent the party in the Gonda Lok Sabha seat, while Mohd Nadeem Misra has been chosen for the Dumariaganj seat.
For the Kaiserganj Lok Sabha seat, the BSP has nominated Narendra Pandey, while in Sant Kabir Nagar, Nadeem Ashraf will contest on party symbol.
Shiv Kumar Dohre will represent the party in the Barabanki Lok Sabha seat, and Mashoor Ahmad has been chosen for Azamgarh.
With this latest announcement, the BSP has now disclosed approximately 50 candidates in Uttar Pradesh. The party, however, has changed candidates in over a dozen seats in the state.
Uttar Pradesh, known for sending the largest number of MPs, 80, to Parliament, is currently undergoing elections in all seven phases. Phases one and two have already been completed, with the third phase scheduled for May 7.
