Union Home Minister Amit Shah today said that Jharkhand has become an ATM of corruption for JMM and Congress. He said that the country has to be freed from corruption, terrorism, Naxalism, poverty, unemployment and hunger.

 

Addressing a public meeting organised at Jamtara district in Jharkhand, Shah said that the BJP has touched the figure of 310 in the fifth phase of elections.

Now the target of 400 has to be achieved in the upcoming phases, he said.

 

Shah said that the present JMM government in Jharkhand is controlled by the Congress and is not able to give respect to its family members then what respect it will give to the people of this state.

 

Shah said the Chief Minister of the State is in jail on corruption charges, ED recovered Rs 35 crore from the minister's PS servant's house, and Rs 350 crore was recovered from a senior Congress leader's house then what hope will the public have from that government, asked.

 

The Home Minister said “Congress and JMM may talk as much as they want, but they should remember that Jharkhand was given statehood by the BJP government. Atal Bihari Vajpayee had given it. Santhali language was included in the Eighth Schedule by Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Major public welfare schemes of this country were started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Jharkhand.

 

Ambitious schemes like Ayushman Bharat Yojana, and Mudra Yojana were started in Jharkhand. Because Modi believes that when Jharkhand prospers, the entire country will prosper.”

 

Taking Sita Soren’s name from the stage, he said that it doesn't matter that Hemant Soren did not give her justice, but the BJP will give full respect to the legacy of Durga Soren that she is carrying forward and she will get justice.

 

He said that under the BJP rule, full care has been taken for the respect and uplift of the tribals and under the same, the government is also providing schemes here.

He asked the present group of people to tell whether the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya was wrong. Today the foundation stone of the Ram temple was laid in Ayodhya, a grand temple was constructed and also inaugurated. All these things are very painful for the Congress party of this country, which it always opposes.
