Seemingly confident of BJP’s victory in the 2024 general elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that he will strike the corrupt people with more intensity in his third term.

 

The PM, while addressing an election campaign rally in Dumka, Jharkhand, attacked the Congress – JMM alliance in Jharkhand over corruption and lawlessness and said that it his guarantee that action against corrupt people will be intensified after June 4.

 

“Congress used to loot money in the name of the poor. Today public money is being used in the public interest. We have changed the lives of the poor. The work that has been done in the last 10 years now has to be taken forward in the next 5 years,” he said.

 

“There is a resolution to make 3 crore mothers and sisters Lakhpati Didis in the next five years. After the formation of the government, I will build 3 crore more houses for the poor,” said Modi.

 

The PM said that the JMM, Congress and RJD people want Modi to be removed so that they can do scams again. “JMM and Congress are looting Jharkhand in every way. Jharkhand is now discussed for mountains of currency notes.

A mining scam worth Rs 1000 crore has been detected in Sahibganj alone. These people even changed the names of their parents to grab land,” he said.

 

“They grabbed the land of tribals, looted the army's land. You have to free Jharkhand from these people. Modi will not let anyone snatch away the food of the poor and the water of the poor,” said the PM.

 

“After June 4, action against the corrupt will be intensified, this is Modi's guarantee,” he affirmed, adding that BJP is dedicated to uplifting the lives of Dalits and tribals and deprived sections of society.

 

 Modi said that the INDI Alliance does appeasement, it supports terrorists. “If we protest, we are accused of dividing Muslims and Hindus. As long as Modi is alive, I will not allow the reservation of Dalits and tribals to be snatched away from the underprivileged,” he said.

 

Modi said that the phrases love jihad and holiday on Friday started from Jharkhand. “Our colleagues were telling me that the word love jihad first came to Jharkhand.

The people of Jharkhand have given this word. Now see, Sunday is a holiday in our country, when the British used to rule here, the Christian society used to celebrate holidays, and from then onwards the tradition of holidays on Sunday started. They said that now there will be a holiday on Friday.

 

In fact, in the year 2022, some government schools of Jharkhand started having holidays on Friday instead of Sunday,” he said.
