Indian wedding is a mighty affair, but for few. Celebrations and food are its two important pillars, which have been presented in the best manner possible at the Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant’s grand wedding.

The big-fat Indian wedding caught people’s attention with its months-long celebrations. Who’s who from Bollywood, Hollywood and Politics became a part of the marriage-turned-jamboree.

On July 12, when the wedding bells for couple will come to a halt with them tying the knot, scoops from the marriage have become the talk of the town.

It has been learnt that 10 lakh food items will be there for the guests who would arrive today to attend the wedding.

A viral Instagram video showcases that more than 10 lakh dishes are being prepared for this lavish wedding.

Dishes like tikki, vada pao, tomato chaat, palak chaat, Poori, gatte ki sabji, paneer ki sabji, raita, veg pulao, dhokla and most importantly according to the reports, Indore’s famous Garadu chaat will be a part of the food menu.

Ambani’s are leaving no stone unturned to include every cuisine in this mega wedding.

A week back Nita Ambani also revealed that Mukesh Ambani enjoys having ‘Panki’, a delectable Gujarati delicacy wrapped in banana leaves, highlighting their love for homemade and authentic food.

Garadu Chaat, which is a famous street food hailing straight from the heart of Indore. It is believed that many foods from the Indori cuisine will be served on the wedding menu and a demand for Garadu and Shakarjand chaat was made by the Ambani to sprinkle an essence of Indori cuisine as well.

The authentic ingredients involved in making Indori cuisine will be transported from Indore to serve the best and most authentic taste to the guests.

The youngest son of Mukesh Ambani is, unequivocally, all set to tie the knot on Friday at the JIO World Convention Centre with Radhika Merchant.
