Fallon Guliwala (40), the wife of actor and Big Boss contestant Ajaz Khan has been detained by the Customs department in connection with a drugs case.
On Thursday, Customs officials conducted a raid at her home in the Jogeshwari western suburb and confiscated 130 grams of marijuana, according to the official.
On October 8, the Customs Department arrested a peon from Ajaz Khan's office for reportedly ordering 100 grams of mephedrone from overseas via a courier service.
As the investigation progressed, Guliwala's involvement was revealed, stated the customs official.
Further investigation is ongoing, he added.
Khan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in 2021 for his alleged involvement in a drug case but later received bail. He recently ran in the Maharashtra Assembly elections from Versova in Mumbai but lost, securing only 155 votes.
