Actors Ranveer Singh, Bobby Deol and Sreeleela have come together for what is being touted as one of the country’s most expensive ad campaigns ever.
If reports are to be believed, the three stars are featuring together in an ad for Ching’s Desi Chinese. This advertisement will be directed by Atlee, who helmed Shah Rukh Khan-starrer “Jawan”.
“The ad campaign for Ching’s Desi Chinese, featuring Ranveer Singh, Bobby Deol and Sreeleela directed by Atlee, is being made on a massive budget of around Rs 150 crore. This alone makes it one of the biggest ad campaigns ever executed,” a source said. The ad is yet to be released.
The budget of Rs 150 crore makes the advertisement even more expensive than several recent full-length feature films made in Bollywood, including Vicky Kaushal’s period drama “Chhaava’ (Rs 130 crore), “Raid 2” (Rs 120 crore), “Stree 2” (Rs 60 crore) and “Saiyaara” (Rs 45 crore).
Ranveer has appeared in several ads for Ching’s Desi Chinese, one of which was a short film directed by Rohit Shetty. He also headlined an instant noodles ad with Tamannah Bhatia.
On the work front, Ranveer will soon be seen in “Dhurandhar” directed by Aditya Dhar. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal. It is set to hit the big screen on December 5.
