The shooting of the action comedy "Son of Sardaar 2" has started in the UK, as announced by the producers on Tuesday.
Mrunal Thakur also stars in the film, which is the follow-up to the 2012 movie "Son of Sardaar".
Ajay Devgn posted a video from the inaugural ceremony of "Son of Sardaar" on Instagram.
"The journey of #SonOfSardaar2 begins with prayers, blessings, and an amazing team," he captioned the post.
The movie, to be directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, will also have scenes filmed in India.
"Son of Sardaar 2," presented by Jio Studios and Devgn Films, is a production by Devgn Films and SOS 2 Limited, with Ajay Devgn and Jyoti Deshpande as producers. The film is also co-produced by N R Pachisia and Pravin Talreja, and Kumar Mangat Pathak is the co-producer. The first movie in the series, "Son of Sardaar," was directed by Ashwni Dhir and featured Ajay Devgn, Sonakshi Sinha, Sanjay Dutt, and Juhi Chawla.
