In the news recently for his pre-wedding bash at Jamnagar in Gujarat that had the world’s movers and shakers, including Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, in attendance, Anant Ambani, youngest son of Reliance Industries chairman and managing director Mukesh Ambani, turns 29 today – that is Wednesday, April 10.
And he’s celebrating it again in his favourite city with a bash that promises music and masti.
Celebs have already started turning up. Actors Salman Khan and Meezaan Jaffrey of Yaariyaan 2 fame as well as social media darling Orry jetted in at Jamnagar’s Civil Enclave airport on chartered flights on Monday night, boarding from Mumbai’s Kalina airport.
Spotted strolling out of the airport in casual gear, a black T-shirt and jeans, Salman walked straightaway to the front passenger seat of a waiting SUV. He was accompanied by his business manager Jordy Patel and his bodyguard Gurmeet Singh Jolly aka Shera.
Orry wore a personalised pink t-shirt that read YOLO, ‘You Only Love Orry,’ with a smiley avatar of his. Known for his quirky accessories, he carried a huge fluffy white mobile phone cover with rabbit ears.
The guests were whisked away to the Reliance Petroleum refinery in Moti Khavdi where the birthday party is going to be organised.
Tuesday night was a ‘chilled out’ affair with guests and the birthday boy enjoying themselves. Ever the entertainer, Salman Khan shared the mike with popular singer, music director, composer and music producer Pratik Bachan aka B Praak, belting out Saari duniya Jalaa Denge from the movie Animal.
According to sources, actor Janhvi Kapoor has also reached Jamnagar with rumoured beau Shikhar Pahariya.
