Bhojpuri actor Anjana Singh has lodged a police complaint following the online circulation of objectionable AI-generated photos and videos featuring herself and her 11-year-old daughter. Speaking to the media, she pointed the finger at individuals associated with Bhojpuri singer-actor Khesari Lal Yadav’s team, alleging that they orchestrated the campaign.
She revealed that over recent days, explicit images and clips accompanied by obscene language and direct threats have been spreading across social media, with warnings issued telling her to stay away from Lucknow.
In her FIR, filed at the Cyber Crime Wing in Hazratganj, Lucknow, Singh specifically named Akhilesh Kashyap, whom she identified as Yadav’s manager. She alleged that Kashyap and members of his team went so far as to produce targeted songs about her and her young daughter as part of a calculated conspiracy to intimidate and defame her.
Expressing confidence in local law enforcement, the Uttar Pradesh-born actor stated she trusts Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s administration to track down those responsible and deliver swift justice. Yadav’s team has not yet issued a response to the allegations.
