Bryan Adams to rock India with five-city tour this December

The legendary musician, known for his timeless hits like "Summer of 69", "Run to You", and "When You're Gone", will embark on a five-city tour from December 10 to 16, covering Shillong, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

Canadian rock icon Bryan Adams is set to electrify Indian audiences once again with his "So Happy It Hurts" tour this December.

 

The legendary musician, known for his timeless hits like "Summer of 69", "Run to You", and "When You're Gone", will embark on a five-city tour from December 10 to 16, covering Shillong, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.

 

This marks Adams' sixth visit to India, following his tours in 1993-1994, 2001, 2006, 2011, and 2018. The 64-year-old rocker expressed his excitement about returning to India in a press statement.

 

"I'm incredibly excited to be coming back to India! There's a unique connection I feel with the Indian audience. Your passion for music is truly inspiring, and I can't wait to perform all your favourite songs – the old ones and some new ones too. This tour is a celebration of music that has connected people across generations. Get ready to rock!" he said.

 

The tour is presented and produced by SG Live in collaboration with EVA Live, with tickets available on the Live tab of the Zomato app. Adams' concerts in India have always drawn packed crowds, and this tour is expected to be no different.

 

Deepak Choudhary, Founder & Managing Director of EVA Live, highlighted the growing interest in legendary acts in India.

With a career spanning over four decades and a catalog of 17 studio albums, Bryan Adams continues to captivate audiences worldwide.

 

His recent works include the peace song 

 

"What If There Were No Sides At All" and two songs from the comedy film "Office Race".

 

As Indian fans eagerly anticipate his return, the "So Happy It Hurts" tour promises to be a memorable musical experience, celebrating the enduring legacy of one of rock's greatest legends.
