'Dhurandhar: The Revenge' has amassed a massive Rs 1,365 crore worldwide, according to the latest box-office figures. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film crossed the Rs 1,023 crore mark in India within just 11 days of its release and added another Rs 342 crore from international markets. Of the domestic earnings, the gross collection stands at Rs 1,023 crore, while the India net collection is currently pegged at Rs 867 crore.

The strong numbers were boosted by a surge in weekend footfall, with the film earning Rs 42 crore on Friday, Rs 64 crore on Saturday and Rs 71 crore on Sunday in net collections.

Released on March 19, the film stars Ranveer Singh in the lead role, alongside R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi. It serves as a sequel to Dhar’s 2025 film ‘Dhurandhar’.

The makers shared the box office update on Instagram with a poster highlighting the film’s earnings. ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge owns the moment, the screen, and the world,’ the caption read.

Set in Lyari, a locality in Karachi known for its history of gang conflicts and violent turf wars, the original ‘Dhurandhar’ focused on covert intelligence missions against the backdrop of major geopolitical and terror incidents such as the Kandahar hijacking, the 2001 Parliament attack and the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.

The sequel follows the rise of Ranveer Singh’s character, Hamza Ali Mazari, within Karachi’s underworld, while also exploring his roots as Jaskirat Singh Rangi and tracing his transformation into a covert operative.

Produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Lokesh Dhar, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ has been released in multiple languages, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.
