The highly anticipated concert by Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh is happening this evening at the Exhibition Grounds in Sector-34, Chandigarh. After facing legal hurdles and controversies, the Punjab and Haryana High Court granted permission for the event to proceed.

Court Guidelines for the Event
The Punjab and Haryana High Court laid down specific rules for the concert:
The event must end by 10 pm.
Sound levels should not exceed 75 decibels.
Security and Traffic Measures
The Chandigarh Administration is ensuring tight security and smooth traffic management. Police conducted security checks on Friday, and a large force has been deployed. A special traffic plan is in place to manage the expected crowds and dignitaries, including Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, and Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini.
Traffic Advisory
Commuters should plan ahead, as traffic disruptions are expected from 4 PM onward.
Restricted Roads:
Avoid roads around the Sector-34 Exhibition Ground and the Sector 33/34 dividing road.
Heavy traffic is expected at Piccadilly Chowk and New Labour Chowk.
Other affected routes include Gaushala Chowk, South End Chowk, and Sector 33/45 intersections.
Parking and Shuttle Service:
No parking near the venue.
Designated parking zones: Sector-17 Multilevel Parking, Dussehra Grounds in Sectors 43 and 45, Mandi Ground in Sector 29, and open grounds near Laxmi Narayan Mandir, Sector 44.
Shuttle buses will transport attendees from these parking areas to the venue and back.
Ride-Share Guidelines:
- Ola, Uber, and other taxis must drop passengers at designated parking lots.
- Direct drop-offs near the venue are not allowed.
- Unauthorized parking will result in vehicle impoundment.
