Popular Punjabi singer and performer Diljit Dosanjh is set to light up Guwahati with an exhilarating finale of his 'Dil-Luminati Tour' on December 29, marking the end of his India leg.
Known for his infectious energy and captivating stage presence, Dosanjh is expected to deliver a memorable show for his fans in Assam.
The 'Dil-Luminati Tour' will traverse major Indian cities, beginning in New Delhi on October 26.
The musical journey will then move to Hyderabad on November 15, Ahmedabad on November 17, Lucknow on November 22, Pune on November 24, Kolkata on November 30, Bengaluru on December 6, Indore on December 8, and Chandigarh on December 14, before culminating in Guwahati.
Though the venues for these cities are yet to be disclosed, the excitement around the tour is palpable. Dosanjh, who is currently performing across the US, Canada, and Europe, has already wowed audiences in North America.
His ‘Dil-Luminati Tour’ is solidifying his status as an international music icon.
Fans in India have eagerly awaited Dosanjh’s return to the stage, especially after his historic achievements. In 2020, he became the first Punjabi artist to feature at New York City's Times Square.
Last year, he became the first Indian artist to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, and earlier this year, he made headlines again as the first Punjabi singer to appear on ‘The Tonight Show’.
Tickets for the India tour will be released in two phases. HDFC Pixel Card holders get the first preference and can purchase their tickets on Zomato Live starting from 12 pm on September 10.
General ticket sales will open at 1 pm on September 12.
Diljit’s rise from his early days with albums like ‘Smile’ (2005) and ‘Chocolate’ (2008) to his Bollywood debut in ‘Udta Punjab’ (2016) demonstrates his versatility and unwavering appeal.
