Justin Bieber wowed the audience at the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, where popular actors Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor also delivered impressive performances on stage back-to-back.
Bieber arrived in Mumbai on Friday morning before setting the stage at the Jio Convention Centre on fire at night with his chartbusters such as "Baby", "Peaches", "Love Yourself", and "Sorry".
The Canadian singer, who became a teen idol after the success of his first extended play album "My World" in 2009, was enthusiastically welcomed by the audience, who sang and danced along.
Notable personalities from the entertainment and sports world, including Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, MS Dhoni, Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, and Surya Kumar Yadav, were present at the event.
Several social media videos from the event depict a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
Bieber was reportedly paid USD 10 million for his performance at the event, and he flew to Miami immediately after the sangeet.
Although this wasn't his first time performing in India, his last visit was in 2017 for his first concert in the country. Bieber was set to return in 2022 for the Indian leg of his 'Justice World Tour' but had to cancel due to health reasons.
