Keanu Reeves, famed for his role as "John Wick," made his professional auto racing debut at the Toyota GR Cup at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
During the race on Saturday, the 60-year-old actor spun off the track at turn nine but managed to avoid collision, safely returning to the racing lane unscathed.
Reeves, who started 31st out of 35 cars, momentarily rose to 21st place, navigating past a crash on the first lap at turn 14. He ultimately finished 25th in the 45-minute race.
This marks Reeves’ return to the racing scene after winning the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach celebrity race in 2009. A second race in the Toyota GR Cup awaits him on Sunday.
