Veteran actor Anupam Kher has enlisted the renowned Oscar and Grammy-winning music director M.M. Keeravani for his upcoming directorial venture titled "Tanvi The Great."
In a recent Instagram post, Kher shared a glimpse into the music session held at a studio, where Keeravani was seen passionately engaged with his MIDI keyboard and digital audio workstation, sketching out melodies and chords.
Throughout the session, Keeravani's musical prowess was evident as he played chords and hummed tunes, drawing applause from Kher at the end of each composition.
Expressing his excitement, Kher wrote in the caption: “ALL DREAMS COME TRUE - Proud to announce that one of the finest music composers of our times #Oscar and #GoldenGlobe winner @mmkeeravaani sir is the music director of my directorial film #TanviTheGreat.”
He further added, “I have been a fan of #Keeravani sir since I heard the song #TumMileDilKhile. Spending almost a year to create the music and songs for #TanviTheGreat has been a total BLISS and BLESSING! Thank you Sir for your brilliance and generosity! Jai Ho.”
Keeravani also shared his excitement about the collaboration, stating, "I am thrilled to be a part of 'Tanvi The Great'. Collaborating with Anupam Kher is like being yourself all the time. Work was never this much fun before.”
Notably, M.M. Keeravani clinched the prestigious Oscar and Golden Globe awards for the song 'Naatu Naatu' from the film ‘RRR,’ which garnered global acclaim.
