Fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya's son Sidhartha Mallya recently tied the knot with Jasmine in an extravagant wedding celebration in the UK. The wedding reportedly took place at Vijay Mallya's $14 million estate in Hertfordshire, where close family and friends were in attendance.

 

Numerous photos and videos from the event have been circulating online. Businessman Harsh Goenka shared exclusive videos showing the couple being welcomed by guests following the Christian wedding ceremony. One of the images captured Vijay Mallya posing alongside the newly married couple.

“Liquor tycoon’s son Sidharth Mallya gets married with fanfare today in London,” Goenka wrote on X.

 

Sidhartha Mallya posted pictures of the Christian wedding on Instagram. Sidhartha wore a green tuxedo, and Jasmine donned a white wedding gown with delicate embroidery for their big day.

 

“Mr & Mrs Muppet,” he captioned the photos.

 

Earlier this week, Sidhartha dropped a picture with Jasmine and wrote, “Wedding week has commenced.”

 

Sidhartha Mallya and Jasmine were in a relationship for more than a year before becoming engaged in November of last year. Jasmine revealed their engagement through a series of photos on social media, with the couple dressed in Halloween costumes. In one of the images, Jasmine proudly displayed her engagement ring.

 

Vijay Mallya, 68, is implicated in an alleged loan fraud case exceeding Rs 900 crore. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) are investigating the case. 

 

He departed India in March 2016 and is presently residing in the UK. Sidhartha Mallya was born in Los Angeles and grew up in London and the UAE. He is the offspring of Vijay Mallya and his first wife, Samira Tyabjee Mallya.
