In what appears to be coordinated attacks aimed at security personnel, massive explosions could be heard in Quetta, Pakistan, on Tuesday, with reports confirming a Pakistani security forces’ vehicle having been blown up.
At least eight are feared dead and many injured, with security forces cordoning off the area amid heavy presence of personnel from the Frontier Force (FC).
The blast was followed by gunfire, with its severity caught in CCTV footage of the area.

A state of emergency has been declared in hospitals across the city by Balochistan Health Minister, Bakht Muhammad Kakar.
Police say the explosion was so strong that windows in nearby buildings were shattered and massive plumes of smoke rose from the site of incident. It is suspected to be a suicide attack.
On September 4, the city was rocked by another massive bomb blast during a political rally that killed 15 people and injured more than 30.
The police are investigating the latest attack.
