In Beijing, a flag-hoisting ceremony took place at the Indian Embassy, where Ambassador Pradeep Rawat read excerpts from the President's speech.
The event, attended by officials and members of the Indian diaspora, also featured lively cultural performances.
The Indian Embassy in China shared the details of the event, noting the large turnout and the festive atmosphere, with the tri-colour proudly displayed.
In Sri Lanka, the Indian High Commission in Colombo marked the occasion with a flag-hoisting ceremony led by Acting High Commissioner Dr Satyanjal.
The Sri Lanka Navy band performed patriotic Indian tunes, underscoring the deep cultural ties between the two nations. Students from the Indian Cultural Association also performed music and dance.
Additionally, tributes were paid at the Indian Peace Keeping Force Memorial to honour Indian soldiers who sacrificed their lives for peace in Sri Lanka.
In Singapore, High Commissioner Shilpak Ambule joined approximately 2,500 members of the Indian diaspora for the celebrations at the chancery.
Ambule read out the President's Republic Day message, highlighting India’s progress.
The event included performances by Indian schoolchildren, along with a special exhibition celebrating Indian products and the 75th anniversary of the Constitution’s adoption.
