Kevin Pietersen has spoken out against conspiracy theories surrounding Prince William and Kate Middleton, stating that he sees the royal couple "most days" and rubbishing any speculation about them.
The former England cricketer, who lives near the couple in Windsor, slammed online rumours about the Duchess of Cambridge as she continues her recovery from abdominal surgery.
Pietersen, along with his wife Jessica Taylor, shares a neighbourhood with the royal couple and asserted that they are frequently seen in the area. He criticised individuals spreading false information online, labelling them as "ridiculous and cruel". His comments come after a wholesome weekend for Kate, William, and their children.
On Monday, the Prince and Princess of Wales were spotted carrying bags of shopping as they strolled through a car park near Windsor. Kate, 42, opted for a casual look in a hoodie and leggings, while William donned a cap and blue jeans. This public appearance marked the first time Kate had been seen on video since undergoing abdominal surgery in January.
Despite Kate's apparent well-being in the footage, various unfounded conspiracy theories persist. Pietersen urged the public to respect the privacy of the royal family, emphasising that they should be left alone to enjoy their lives in peace.
