Tech billionaire and CEO of Tesla and SpaceX doubled down on his claim that he made recently, saying “the left is the party of murder,” after the murder of the conservative pro-Trump Charlie Kirk in Utah, United States.

Addressing a protest rally via a video link organised by Tommy Robinson on Saturday, Musk said, “He was directing his message to the reasonable center and the ordinary people in the UK who want to live their lives normally.”

In his fiery speech, Musk told the protesters, “Whether you choose violence or not, violence is coming to you,” he declared. “You either fight back or you die.” He made his remarks in the aftermath of the assassination of Charlie Kirk in Utah earlier this week, who was shot by 22-year-old Tyler Robinson while Kirk was giving a speech on the university campus.

“There’s so much violence on the left, with our friend Charlie Kirk getting murdered in cold blood and people on the left celebrating it openly,” he said, adding, “The left is the party of murder and celebrating murder.”

He said, “The woke mind virus has affected millions,” claiming it was super racist, super sexist, and often anti-religion – but only anti-Christian.” He said opportunities must be given based on talent and merit rather than discrimination based on sex, religion, race, or anything else.”

Musk went on to call for the dissolution of the Parliament and early elections in the UK, arguing that the present dispensation has failed to protect the citizens of the country. “We don’t have another four years,” he said. “Something’s got to be done.”

These remarks were met with applause by the protesters present at the event. The British authorities claimed that fewer than 150,000 people attended the march, while organisers insisted “millions” turned up. Kirk, 31, was gunned down on Wednesday while addressing students at Utah Valley University. Authorities have charged 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, who allegedly fired a single shot from a rooftop.
