As many as five candidates, who are original natives of Bihar performed well and won the Delhi Assembly elections 2025. Out of five, three candidates are from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and two are from Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).
Abhay Verma of Darbhanga, Dr. Pankaj Kumar Singh of Buxar and Chandan Kumar Chaudhary of Khagaria won the elections on BJP tickets, Anil Jha and Sanjeev Jha of Madhubani, fielded by AAP, succeeded in the electoral field.
Sanjeev Jha won the election for the fourth time from Burari seat of Delhi, while Abhay Verma won on BJP ticket from Laxmi Nagar Assembly seat of Delhi. He is originally from Darbhanga and is a lawyer by profession.

Verma defeated AAP candidate BB Tyagi by 11,542 votes by getting 65,858 votes.
Anil Jha, a resident of Barha village of Benipatti in Madhubani district, has also won the Kirari Assembly seat for the third time. He defeated BJP's Bajrang Shukla by 21,871 votes. Anil had won from BJP twice before. But this time he contested the election on an AAP ticket.
Chandan Kumar Chaudhary, a resident of Chakprayag village in Khagaria district, got 54,049 votes on the Sangam Vihar assembly seat on a BJP ticket. He defeated AAP's Dinesh Mohaniya by a margin of just 344 votes. Chandan's wife Neelu Chaudhary is the spokesperson of BJP Mahila Morcha in Delhi.
