The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Minority Front is gearing up to launch a nationwide campaign titled ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ from August 11 to 14. The initiative, guided by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP National President JP Nadda, aims to celebrate Independence Day by encouraging the tricolour to be displayed prominently across various settings within minority communities.

The campaign will see the national flag being hoisted at homes, offices, religious establishments, dargahs, madrasas, and other significant locations. This effort is part of a broader initiative led by the BJP to foster a sense of national pride and unity across the country.

Jamal Siddiqui, the National President of the BJP Minority Front, has announced key figures involved in the campaign’s organisation. Syed Ibrahim, a National Minister of the Front, has been appointed as the National In-charge, while Mohd. Khurshid and Joseph John Hukins will serve as co-in-charges. Their roles will be crucial in coordinating the campaign's extensive activities.

In a recent review meeting, BJP’s National General Secretary and Minority Front in-charge Dushyant Gautam discussed the campaign's logistics. The meeting, which included officials and state presidents, highlighted the importance of this campaign in reinforcing the tricolour’s presence and promoting national unity.

Siddiqui emphasised the campaign’s goal of reaching out to the minority community, encouraging them to display the tricolour at their residences and institutions. He urged the officials to engage with the public, distribute the tricolours, and inspire participation. Additionally, the campaign will honour the memory of freedom fighters by visiting their graves and meeting the families of martyrs from Kashmir.

The campaign will also feature Tiranga Yatras organised by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) across the nation. These processions will include BJP office bearers and workers, symbolising a collective effort to uphold national pride.

Siddiqui stressed that this initiative aligns with the broader celebrations of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, marking the country’s commitment to respecting all religions while demonstrating love for the nation and the tricolour.

The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign is set to be a significant event in celebrating Independence Day, with a strong push from the BJP Minority Front to ensure widespread participation and engagement across all communities.
