In another development, a complaint has also been filed before the Election Commission of India regarding the funds collected by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP).

A complaint has been filed against the father of CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke, questioning the alleged source of funds used for financing his son's education in the United States.

The complainant has raised questions over how the expenses related to overseas education were managed when Abhijeet’s father reportedly had a monthly salary of around ₹65,000. The complaint seeks an inquiry into the financial arrangements and demands verification of the sources of funds used for the education expenses.

The matter has now triggered a debate over financial transparency, with the complainant seeking examination of relevant documents and records to establish whether there were any irregularities.

In another development, a complaint has also been filed before the Election Commission of India regarding the funds collected by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP).The complaint has sought scrutiny of the donations, financial transactions, and sources of funds associated with CJP, requesting the Election Commission to examine whether all required norms and transparency guidelines have been followed.

The complaints come at a time when issues related to political funding, accountability, and financial disclosures continue to remain under public focus. However, no official findings have been announced so far, and the allegations remain subject to verification and investigation by the concerned authorities.

As per details, an RTI (Right to Information) activist filed a formal complaint against Bhagwanrao Dipke, the father of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke, questioning the financial management and funding of his son's studies in the United States.

RTI activist Amit Tiwari has made this core allegation, questioning how overseas education expenses—estimated by the complainant to range between ₹30 lakh and ₹1 crore annually—could be sustained on a stated monthly salary of ₹60,000 to ₹65,000.As noted in reports shared via X, “Complaint filed against Abhijeet Dipke's father on how he managed studies for his son in US on a salary of 60-65,000 per month.” This inquiry follows previous public debates where the family denied receiving external political funding for the student-led CJP agitations.

Pertinently, father of Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipike’s  two days back alleged that his son was once threatened with consequences for his family if he did not join the BJP, saying the family came across the threat in a video on YouTube.
