Using MTR's renowned Red Rice batter, a team of 75 chefs, comprising seasoned experts and budding culinary talent, joined forces at its Bommasandra Factory, guided by MTR's Cuisine Centre of Excellence.
This monumental achievement underscores MTR's culinary finesse and its mastery in South Indian cuisine. The dosa, a beloved staple across India, symbolized the pinnacle of this historic milestone. Mr. Sunay Bhasin, MTR's CEO, expressed profound pride, stating, "We aimed for a 100 feet dosa, but have exceeded expectations with a remarkable 123 feet creation. This monumental dosa embodies our heritage and the enduring affection from generations of patrons."
