Delhi Police have booked self-styled godman Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, also known as Parth Sarthy, following allegations by female students of a Vasant Kunj management institute that he sexually harassed them. Despite raids and surveillance, the accused has not yet been traced, officials confirmed.
According to investigators, a complaint was first lodged on August 4 at the Vasant Kunj North police station. Saraswati, who holds a position on the management committee of the Sri Sharada Institute of Indian Management, allegedly misused his influence to target young women studying under the EWS scholarship scheme.
Statements from 32 female PGDM students were recorded during the inquiry. Of these, 17 students alleged that the accused used abusive language, sent obscene messages and made unwelcome physical advances. Police further noted that several faculty members and administrative staff pressured students to comply with his demands.

Following the discovery, a separate FIR was filed on 25 August, and the vehicle was seized.
A senior officer said that surveillance teams were continuing to track Saraswati’s movements. “Despite raids and surveillance operations, the accused remains on the run,”an officials stated.
The case has sent shockwaves through the institute, with students demanding action not only against Saraswati but also against staff who allegedly facilitated his misconduct.
