The victims have been identified as Rajesh (53), Komal (47), and their 23-year-old daughter Kavita.

A shocking revelation has emerged in the Delhi triple murder case, where a son has allegedly killed his parents and 23-year-old sister. The accused, Arjun, who initially reported the deaths to the police, is now believed to have carried out the brutal crime on Wednesday morning.

The incident took place in the family’s home in the Neb Sarai area of south Delhi, where the victims—a man, his wife, and their daughter—were found fatally stabbed. Initially, it was reported that Arjun was out for a walk at the time of the attack. Security forces are now present at the scene, continuing their investigation into the matter.

AAP leader calls out centre over rising crimes

AAP national convener described the incident as "extremely painful and frightening," blaming the central government for failing to maintain law and order in the capital.

"Three murders in one house in Neb Sarai… This is deeply disturbing. Every day, Delhiites wake up to such terrifying news. Criminals have been given a free hand, and law and order has collapsed. Innocent lives are being destroyed while those responsible remain silent," he wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter).

He further criticised the central government for its inaction, asking, "Will the Centre continue to stay quiet and let Delhi's law and order collapse? Will they still deny that crime is a serious issue in the capital?"

Recent crimes add to public alarm

The incident follows another shocking crime in Delhi. On Tuesday, a 19-year-old man named Pankaj was shot dead around 2:30 am in Mangolpuri over a petty dispute. Police reported that multiple rounds were fired by the attackers.

Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also raised concerns about the rising crime rate, urging citizens to take a stand. "Last night, a man was shot dead in Mangolpuri. The day before, three murders happened in Delhi. All Delhiites must unite to speak out against crime. The safety of you and your family is most important," he posted on X.

Law and order under scrutiny

The Delhi Police, which operates under the Union Ministry of Home Affairs, has faced criticism for the worsening security situation in the city. These back-to-back violent incidents have heightened public concern and sparked debates about accountability and governance.
