The 61st edition of the Femina Miss India pageant concluded in grand style on April 18, 2026, delivering a dazzling finale filled with standout moments and unforgettable performances. At the end of the night, Sadhvi Satish Sail, who represented Goa, was crowned Femina Miss India World 2026, earning the prestigious title and stepping into the spotlight as India’s newest beauty queen.

Sadhvi Satish Sail is not only a model, but also a dedicated social advocate. She has actively supported various causes, particularly focusing on raising funds for children and healthcare initiatives. Her work highlights a strong commitment to helping underprivileged children, especially those dealing with malnutrition, and challenges related to hearing and speech impairments. Alongside her advocacy, her social media presence showcases a blend of her personal journey, fitness routines and professional milestones.

For the grand finale, she turned heads in a halter-neck, form-fitting gown designed by Vazaneh, adorned with intricate silver metallic beadwork. She completed her elegant look with statement earrings and a simple half-tucked hairstyle that added a refined touch.

Sadhvi will now go on to represent India at the globally renowned Miss World competition, carrying forward the hopes of the nation. Reflecting on her journey, she shared that coming from a modest background and entering a competitive global environment initially brought moments of self-doubt. However, she overcame these challenges by changing her mindset and learning to celebrate the achievements of others instead of comparing herself. This shift helped her grow in confidence and purpose.

In the final rankings, Rajnandini Pawar, representing Maharashtra, secured the first runner-up position, while Dr. Sree Advaita from Jammu and Kashmir was named the second runner-up, rounding out an impressive line-up of contestants in this year’s competition.
