Gujarat, which has a 182-member assembly, can have 27 ministers or 15 per cent of the total strength of the House.

The new ministers will be administered the oath of office by Governor Acharya Devvrat at 11:30am on Friday at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar.
Majura MLA Harsh Sanghavi, the former Minister of State for Home and Sports, will be promoted to Cabinet rank in the reshuffle. Sanghavi’s advancement is part of BJP’s focus on youth leadership and performance-based recognition within its Gujarat unit.
Another notable induction is that of first-time MLA Rivaba Jadeja, wife of Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja, who will join the Cabinet from Jamnagar.
