Exercise Harimau Shakti 2025 kicked off in Rajasthan on December 5. The joint military exercise is being held between the Indian Army and the Malaysian Army.
The exercise will conclude on December 18.
“In the Exercise Harimau Shakti – 2025, both sides will rehearse drills to secure helipads and undertake casualty evacuation during counter-terrorist operations. Collective efforts will focus on achieving an enhanced level of interoperability amongst the troops and reducing the risk to life and property while keeping the interests and agenda of the UN at the forefront during peacekeeping operations,” cited the press release statement.
“The exercise aims to further strengthen interoperability, mutual understanding and operational synergy between both Armies. Training will focus on Sub-Conventional Operations in semi-urban and urban terrain, including joint tactical drills and coordinated responses in complex operational environments,” wrote the official account of the Indian Army.
