The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh for credible information leading to the identification and apprehension of the prime suspect in the March 1st blast at the Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru.
The agency, which took over the investigation earlier this week, released an image on its official social media platform X depicting the suspect entering the cafe.
The individual, obscured by a cap, mask, and glasses, remains unidentified.
The NIA has urged the public to come forward with any information pertaining to the suspect, assuring complete confidentiality regarding the identity of informants.
Contact details, including phone numbers and email addresses, have been provided for this purpose.
The blast, suspected to be caused by an improvised explosive device (IED), resulted in injuries to at least ten individuals.
Following the incident, the Karnataka Police registered a case under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Explosives Substances Act.
The NIA, established in 2008 in the aftermath of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, specialises in investigating terrorism-related cases.
