'Our bravehearts will trample all the terror attempts', Prime Minister Narendra Modi gives out a stern warning to Pakistan on the 25th victory anniversary of the 1999 Kargil war. Paying homage to the Kargil martyrs on Friday, the PM affirms that the Islamic State has not learned anything from past mistakes and has been trying to stay relevant by using terrorism and proxy wars.

Addressing a ceremony at the Kargil memorial in Dras, PM Modi averted, "Today, I am speaking at a place from where the masters of terror can hear my voice directly. I want to tell these patrons of terrorism that their nefarious intentions will never succeed. Pakistan has not learned anything from its past and has continued to wage war in the garb of terrorism and proxy wars to stay relevant."

Remembering the utmost courage and bravery of the Kargil martyrs, PM remarked, "We not only won the war, but we also presented an incredible example of truth, restraint, and strength."
