PM Modi on Saturday said that the forthcoming assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir are a “fight between the youth and the three dynasties” in the UT.
He mentioned the National Conference, Congress, and PDP as the three dynasties that “destroyed and hollowed” the Union territory through their corrupt practices.
“The upcoming assembly elections to UT are going to be held between the three dynasties and the youth of Jammu and Kashmir,” the PM said while addressing a poll rally in Doda.
He said the “three families are directly responsible for the terrible state J&K was in for decades." Added that these three families laid the foundation for terrorism, extremism, and systematic corruption in the valley,” he said.
He alleged “NC, Congress, and PDP of providing a haven to the propagation of terrorism for personal gains.”
Modi promised reformative changes in Jammu and Kashmir if they form the next government. While addressing a huge gathering, he said, “I can see that our sisters and daughters have come here in big numbers to bless us. I am thankful to you all.”
He added, “I will repay this love and blessings of yours by working twice and thrice as hard for you and the country. Together we will build a safe and prosperous Jammu and Kashmir, and this is Modi’s guarantee.”
PM stated that the upcoming elections in Jammu and Kashmir would decide the fate of the UT. While addressing the current ongoing security situation, he said our beloved has been targeted by the foreign powers, followed by the Pariwarwad, which has destroyed the prosperity of the beautiful state.
The political parties here have no concern about your children, they just served their families and made fortunes for their children.
“J&K has been suffering due to terrorism, and the parties here have exploited people by misleading the youth, adding that these dynasties since assuming power have not allowed new leadership to emerge anywhere in J&K,” he said.
“Over the past few years, the BJP has opened new schools, colleges, hospitals, and also sanctioned the state of the medical institutes for your benefit,” said Modi.
Furthermore, he said, “Make our candidates win with a huge mandate to ensure a better future for everyone in the valley. Modi, knowing the socio-religious and cultural abstracts in Jammu and Kashmir, promised to work for the betterment of everyone regardless of caste, creed, or religion.”
While challenging Congress and NC, he said, “The power of returning the statehood to Jammu and Kashmir is vested in the BJP, and added that people should not fall for the false promises.”
Towards the end of his long speech, he said, “That the NC-Congress alliance wants to snatch the rights of the Kashmiri Pandits by promising to restore Article 370.
They talk about the Constitution. Ye nafrat ki dukaan pe mohabbat ki dukan ka board laga kar ke ghumte hai,” he said.
