Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with students during the 2025 edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha, addressing their concerns about exams, stress management, and personal growth.

The event, known for its engaging discussions, focused on holistic development, time management, and the importance of maintaining a positive mindset.

During his interaction, the Prime Minister emphasized that exams are not the ultimate goal but a part of the learning process. He encouraged students to see education as a means of overall development rather than just a way to score marks.

He stressed that students should have the freedom to explore their passions rather than being treated as robots confined to academic achievements.

PM Modi spoke about the significance of wellness, explaining that being free from illness does not necessarily mean being healthy. He urged students to focus on their well-being by eating seasonal fruits, chewing food properly, and following a balanced diet at the right time.

He also emphasized the importance of right breathing techniques, which contribute to both mental and physical well-being.

Time management was another key theme of his discussion. The Prime Minister pointed out that everyone has the same 24 hours in a day, and success depends on how effectively one manages time.

He advised students to concentrate on their tasks rather than succumbing to external pressure. He also encouraged parents to support their children’s dreams and avoid comparing them with others.

He stressed that every child is unique and should be guided with understanding rather than criticism.

PM Modi highlighted the importance of writing as a habit that enhances learning and retention. He urged students to develop a love for writing and emphasized that self-improvement should be a continuous process.

He encouraged them to challenge themselves, learn from past experiences, and turn failures into opportunities for growth.

On the use of technology, the Prime Minister advised students to use it wisely rather than fearfully. He explained that technology should be an enabler and must be utilized optimally for learning and innovation.

He also reminded students of their responsibility toward nature, advocating for environmental consciousness through initiatives like Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam, which encourages planting trees as a tribute to mothers.

Throughout the session, PM Modi provided valuable guidance on self-discipline, personal development, and maintaining a balanced perspective on life. He urged students to compete with themselves, listen actively, question constructively, and apply their knowledge meaningfully.

His words resonated with students and parents alike, reinforcing the idea that learning is a lifelong journey that extends beyond academic achievements.
