In a surpising move, ‘Miracle of Mind’, a free meditation application initiated by Isha Foundation's chief Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, has surpassed 1 million downloads within just 15 hours of its launch.
In a span of 24 hours, the Miracle of Mind is trending across 20 countries including India, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Germany, Kenya and UAE— a remarkable testimony to how meditation is becoming a mainstream solution for mental wellness.
Launched on Mahashivratri, the aIt has been learnt that the app has outpaced ChatGPT’s early adoption. The application is available in English, Hindi, Tamil, Russian and Spanish, the App’s 7-minute guided meditation has become a viral sensation, captivating users worldwide with its simplicity and effectiveness.

In order to enhance its appeal, besides meditation, the app offers an AI-powered feature that provides personalised wisdom and insights from Sadhguru’s vast archive on a variety of topics.
Taking to X about the launch, Sadhguru said: "It is expected that by 2050, about 30-33 per cent of the world's population would be mentally ill."
He adds that the primary reason for this is that we always think that solutions to our challenges are outside of us.
All the solutions are within us, but we have no "inward access".
The Miracle of Mind app will teach one how to build this access. Everyone must invest 7 minutes everyday to make this happen for yourselves and for everyone around you.
The success of ‘Miracle of Mind’ comes at a time when mental health challenges are already on the rise.
